Hoarder -Neglect of 75 cats |
Ishpeming Township, MI Marquette County |
July 29, 2004 |
Seventy-five cats were taken from
the home of Grace Aalto-Rosenbaum, age 54 and Lewis
Rosenbaum, age 79 on July 19, 2004.
According to the Marquette county prosecutor's office the Rosenbaum’s are

the home and the condition of the residence was filthy. Many of the animals
were in cages, and none were malnourished.

Township Shelter. The Rosenbaums will appear in
district court, August 17, 2004. To date the Humane Society has spent
over $60,000 to nurse the cats back to health and get them ready for adoption.
